Moisture Sensors

The concept of moisture sensing, coupled with fast paced advancements in technology have led to exciting new products which makes the ability to check moisture in turf fast and efficient.

Irri Plus offers two products for doing this and both use the same patented sensor developed by Stevens Water from Oakland CA.

Option One works with a Rain Bird Central where information is fed directly to the software from buried sensors in the turf. This information is then used to determine the increase or decrease required in the next irrigating cycle.

Option Two is the use of a Pogo which is a hand held unit but uses the same sensor as above in its base. This very simple to use unit, records moisture, temperature. and location and immediately feeds it back to your personal phone or tablet. The information can also be used with a Cloud which allows additional or related data to be added for future reference. Contact us for more information or a demo.
